Directions to West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation
Take exit 43 off Interstate 84 (east or west). At end of exit take a left onto Park Road. Go to the second light and take right onto South Main Street. Go straight on South Main Street to the 5th traffic light (Farmington Ave.) When you cross Farmington Avenue, South Main Street becomes North Main Street. We are the first right off of North Main Street at 130 Loomis Drive. Follow the road down past the turn and you will see West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center on the right as you travel down the road.
